Tramelia Sims MS, BCBA, LBA

With over six years of experience in the field, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, families, and interdisciplinary teams across a variety of settings. These experiences have shaped my belief that meaningful progress happens through collaboration, individualized support, and practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia State University in 2020, followed by my Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2024. In May 2025, I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), allowing me to continue serving individuals, families, and professionals with evidence-based, compassionate support.

I founded Versatile Behavior Solutions with a vision of creating more than a consulting practice. I wanted to build a collaborative space where families, future clinicians, professionals, organizations, and community members can access education, mentorship, and evidence-based resources. I am passionate about disseminating the science of ABA, increasing awareness, and empowering others with the knowledge and tools they need to create meaningful, lasting change.
